Snippets on HR Openings

This includes (but is not limited to) all logo's, photos, graphics, images, GIF's and JPEG's, web design, web layout, forms created, and all written text creations and documents. Our Company NET Connection, Inc., takes the matter of Intellectual Property Rights seriously, and we will pursue litigation when appropriate.

 

Under no circumstances shall any content or any material (in whole, or in part) that is on-line, hosted, contained, posted, displayed, and/or viewed on any of our domains and/or any of our web sites/pages be used without having prior written permission to do so, in your possession, that has been clearly given in a written document, that has been previously provided solely by the owners of NET Connection, Inc. AKA NET Connection. Any such document provided by us giving any such specific written permission will also bear an imbedded impression of our unique NET Connection, Inc. 

Corporate Seal imbedded in the document. Any permission document not containing our NET Connection, Inc. Corporate Seal impression is to be clearly considered fraudulent, a fake, invalid, and a deliberate forgery. Any such document forgery will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

In the event that any of our clients/customers web sites created by our company and/or our representatives, is later transferred (by any means) to any others administrative (design and/or hosting) control, the new web site designer and/or administrator is required to
clearly state NET Connection as the Web Site Creator as in these parenthesis [Web Site Creation by NET Connection].

Fair Warning is herby given/stated in this document to avoid such unpleasant matters.All the information above applies in full to our company Name &  Logo's. We will seek full damages for any unauthorized usage or unauthorized copy of our legally registered corporate name
